Whether you are an elite athlete or been living on the couch, Crossfit is right for you.  The strength of Crossfit is that every workout can be scaled up or down as needed to match the needs of the athlete.  During the OnRamp sessions, our coaches will evaluate your skill and fitness levels and help you scale each exercise accordingly so that you can effectively perform the workouts in a safe manner.
